Rates

Rates for private, one hour sessions vary depending of the number of sessions per week a client wants to meet:

• $60 per hour for 3 times per week
• $65 per hour for 2 times per week
• $70 per hour for 1 time per week

Out call to Alameda, Oakland and Emeryville to your home or workplace can usually be arranged. If you want to exercise with some of your friends it is only $10 extra per additional person.
